At 2 years old, Jack spent the majority of his life with a runny nose. He was taking antibiotics on a continual basis for upper respiratory, sinus, or ear infections. In addition, he was being treated for asthma and was relying on different nebulized steroids and allergy medications to control his symptoms. My 2 month old daughter Mikayla was at the pediatrician’s office weekly for the first 2 months of her life. She was diagnosed with reflux as well as an intolerance to dairy and soy; this also lead her to be colicky. She was put on medicine at the early age of 3 weeks and 6 weeks later it hadn’t made a bit of difference. She spent most of her days uncomfortable and by the time the evening rolled around she (as well as the rest of the family) was downright miserable.
